Integral Testing Strategy for the Computer Applications Enterprise

The objective of this work was to develop a testing strategy for the Computer Applications Company, oriented to optimize the quality assurance processes. For this purpose, a diagnosis was carried out that included structured interviews with key actors, identifying critical issues such as fractures in traceability, late detection of defects and fragmentation in the execution of tests. The methodology adopted integrated regulatory frameworks and testing techniques, structuring a sequential approach that encompassed organizational policies, standardized protocols and early feedback loops. Validation by a panel of experts assessed its relevance, pertinence, coherence and comprehensibility through three rounds of consultation, obtaining results with high or very high modals. The expert evaluation confirmed that the proposed strategy can achieve: significant improvement in end-to-end traceability, reduction of risks associated with post-implementation defects, and standardization of processes, ensuring consistency and reproducibility in testing. The strategic design not only addresses the identified systemic deficiencies, but also positions itself as an adaptable model for Cuban organizations with similar challenges, standing out for its robustness and scalability. This approach has the potential to strengthen competitiveness in today's digital ecosystem, ensuring the delivery of solid products aligned with global quality standards.
