Method for analysis post-implementation modifications in software management systems

The current business model demands management systems that systematically control the company activities and processes. These systems must take into account economic parameters, productivity, user and customer satisfaction as well as their continuous improvement. This is a characteristic of the most competitive and efficient companies. Management systems evolve in the post-implementation phase due to changing business requirements and the environment in which they are developed. Incorrect attention to post-implementation changes affects the quality of the information that is managed and negatively affects the performance of a company, user satisfaction and the quality of the system. In order to address the problem described in this paper, a method was developed for the analysis of post-implementation modifications in management systems with the aim of reducing the negative impact caused.
