Resumen

La transformación digital está emergiendo como un tópico de interés no sólo en las comunidades científicas, sino como prácticas cada vez más recurrentes en las dinámicas organizacionales, que están sometidas a las presiones que imponen las tecnologías disruptivas, los nuevos modelos de negocio que se manifiestan en toda la cadena de valor, y las demandas personalizadas de los usuarios en un entorno de hiperconectividad.  Entender la transformación digital desde sus componentes, las vías para adoptarla y los principales impactos esperados, es en este contexto un imperativo.  Basado en un análisis de la literatura, este artículo propone una Taxonomía de Transformación Digital, por medio de un mapa conceptual. Como resultado, se formaliza un marco conceptual de transformación digital sustentado en un patrón, que es capaz de adaptarse a la evolución del concepto.
